Shipping

Every MOTOLiFE order is made to order. We buy the blank, print it by hand in Clackamas, Oregon, and ship it from our shop — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting.

Processing and delivery time

Orders ship in about 5 business days. Transit adds roughly 2–5 business days in the US depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order goes out.

Where we ship

United States and international. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and what's in your cart.

If something takes longer

Big drops and busy weeks can back us up. If your order is running behind, email info@motolife.com with your order number and we'll tell you exactly where it stands.

Wrong address

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll reship it once you cover the return postage.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking stalls or your order arrives damaged, email us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
