We stand behind what we print. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odor and pet hair, with any original tags still attached. We can't accept items that have been worn or laundered.

Who pays return shipping

• Our mistake — wrong item, wrong size sent, a defect, or a flaw in the print: we cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
• Change of mind or wrong size ordered: you cover return shipping.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Size exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery — you ship the original back, we cover shipping on the replacement.

Non-returnable items

Stickers and sticker packs are final sale.

How to start a return

Email info@motolife.com with your order number and what's wrong. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it over, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged or wrong orders

Check your order as soon as it lands. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days and we'll sort it out at no cost to you.
